Alliedbean has created and maintains a Safety Culture by placing the highest value on the safety and welfare of its employees. Alliedbean will “Never Sacrifice Safety for Production”. Our safety culture empowers all employees to manage their safety as well as the safety of their coworkers. The mandatory Pre-task plans, JHA’s and weekly toolbox safety talks, provide daily, pre-shift, safety awareness, and planning. The vast knowledge and experience within our team, coupled with diligent, documented pre-planning, has consistently kept our employees safe while maintaining project schedules.
